Jo Surich
Senior Management Consultant
Jo Surich is an experienced consulting professional with more than 30 years of exceptional achievements in both the public and private sector.  His strong entrepreneurial drive is apparent in his roles as founder and CEO of Transformation Solutions, a significant boutique management consulting firm in Victoria; as a Partner at Sierra Systems’ where he provided corporate leadership for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across North America; and as President of PresiNET Systems Corp., a supplier of managed network security services and network visibility products. Jo joined KnowledgeTech with the acquisition of  LucidPM and brings a unique combination of information systems, human resources, and change management expertise to the firm. Strong facilitation and negotiation skills allow Jo to successfully manage large complex projects with competing stakeholder interests.

Scott Hutchinson
Senior Project Management Consultant
Scott Hutchinson is a professional management consultant, with over twelve years of business and project management experience. A skilled project manager and ERP implementation specialist; with superior problem solving, analytical and leadership skills, Scott has the ability to combine financial accounting, systems integration and client relation skills to provide superior results. Scott’s diverse business background and experiences, combined with extensive education and training (MBA in Digital Technologies, PMP and CMC designations), ensures that value and leadership are brought to any project team.

Scott's experience is focused towards business and project management, combined with specialized ‘niche’ skills in the area of industry leading project portfolio management solutions. His most recent completed engagement involved managing the implementation of new technology and processes for a ministry wide Project Portfolio Management solution; and he is currently involved in a government wide task force that is defining the corporate governance model for portfolio management within the BC Government

Danielle Hurst
Senior Project Management Consultant
Danielle has spent the last 10 years, working with dynamic, fast growing private companies and government agencies. She began her career in the airline industry - working with Canada's leading airline, WestJet. There she focused her attention on process improvement initiatives and implementing new technology. Since her days in aviation, she has moved on to help many more rapidly expanding companies.

Danielle understands the constantly changing landscape organizations today face and hones her project management skills to adapt in whatever environment or industry she is working in. Danielle's areas of expertise focus on maturing organization's project & portfolio management processes and delivering on technology and operational projects. She is actively involved in the project management community, acting as the Communications Director for Vancouver Island's PMI Chapter. She holds a commerce degree in Business Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and is a PMP certified project manager.

Patricia Brown
Senior Project Management Consultant
Patricia is a senior project manager and an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors.  She has extensive experience and a proven track record of managing custom software development, maintenance, quality assurance and support projects for both commercial and enterprise systems.  Patricia has special expertise in managing fixed price software development projects that involve design, development, testing and implementation of business systems.  Patricia’s background is in release management, support, implementation and  quality assurance, including automated testing.  This includes the implementation of project management processes, data standards and specifications, and development and implementation of quality assurance processes in a wide range of applications.  Knowledge areas include Geomatics, Natural Resources and Justice.  Patricia is a certified project management professional (PMP) and is also foundation certified in IT service management (ITIL).
